Job Description:

We are seeking a talented AI Developer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI models and solutions, with a strong focus on integrating AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Grok, and other AI platforms. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and software integration to build intelligent applications that enhance business capabilities while adapting quickly to the latest AI trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and deploy AI and machine learning models to address complex challenges.
• Integrate AI platforms and tools including ChatGPT, Grok, and other AI-related software into existing and new applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Optimize AI systems for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Stay current with the latest AI technologies and trends, especially in language models, multimodal AI, and integration frameworks.
• Document AI architectures, workflows, and integration processes for clarity and compliance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain AI applications and their integrations.

Programming & Tools Expertise:

• Programming Languages: Python (primary), Java, or similar.
• Language Models & Frameworks: Familiarity with LLaMA-based models (WizardLM, Vicuna), Mistral/Mixtral, and Phi models. Experience using ChatGPT and similar advanced LLMs.
• Inference & Serving: Knowledge of HuggingFace Transformers, vLLM, FastAPI, Flask for scalable AI inference and deployment.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex and vector databases like ChromaDB or FAISS.
• Multimodal & Generation: Exposure to Stable Diffusion for image generation, Whisper for speech-to-text, and video pipelines like AnimateDiff or Deforum.
• Optimization: Quantization techniques (4-bit, 8-bit), mixed precision (FP16/BF16), and batch inference optimizations.
• Deployment & Infrastructure: Proficient in containerization with Docker, GPU monitoring (e.g., nvidia-smi), and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in AI development, with hands-on knowledge of integrating AI software such as ChatGPT, Grok, or similar platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and NLP libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Solid understanding of APIs and software integration techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in collaborative teams.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI, or chatbot development.
• Knowledge of big data tools and data pipeline engineering.
• Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
