A Virtual Assistant, is responsible for providing remote assistance to business management professionals. Their duties include conducting research and organizing data, interacting with customers or clients on their employer’s behalf and performing additional clerical duties like updating calendars or sorting documents.

Job Qualifications:

  • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year BPO experience handling an e-commerce account.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Must be a quick learner.
  • Inbound and Outbound calls

Job Requirements:

  • With 1-2 years of BPO Experience (Inbound and Outbound calls)
  • Willing to start asap
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Must have an internet at home with a minimum speed of at least 15 Mbps
  • Typing Speed: at least 40WPM
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities Intelligent
  • Can work Graveyard/Mid/Morning shift
